French Crystal Regulator, Set in Onyx Marble & Brass - circa 1875

This is a wonderful period piece of exceptional French craftsmanship in horology. The basic clock is a fine quality crystal regulator, with a compensating mercury filled pendulum, porcelain dial, and ornate hands. It sounds the 1/2 hour once and the number of the hour on a mellow wire gong, while running 8 days on a winding. This striking regulator has then been set into a rich onyx marble surround, elaborately appointed with cast brass. It has fancy adjustable brass feet. This lovely clock stands about 18 1/2" tall X 11" wide X 4 1/2" deep. It has been recently serviced, comes with a key, and is fully guaranteed.

French Empire Clock W/Alabaster columns - circa 1865

This lovely French clock has a wooden base, and stands on colums made of alabaster 17 3/4" tall X 10" wide X 4 3/4" deep. It has a beautifully ornate brass pendulum and bezel. The dial is porcelain, and it is an 8 day clock, striking on a delicate bell. This clock has been recently serviced, comes with a key, and is fully guaranteed.

French Figural Clock - circa 1885

This lovely French clock has a wooden base, and stands on a platform of black French marble 19" tall X 14" wide X 6" deep. The dial is also made of marble, and it is an 8 day clock, striking on a delicate bell. The wonderful figures of a man & woman are made from speltar, but with the excellent detail and natural oiled finish, you can not tell them visually from bronze. This clock has been recently serviced, comes with a key & original pendulum, and is fully guaranteed.

It is a lovely crystal regulator style clock, with a quality German mechanical movement, powered by its piston pendulum (which is driven by a 'C' cell). It is a unique clock with a quality brass case, made by Kiennenger & Obergfell (Kundo), with glass panels (front is bevelled).
